America still wants white people to be more dominate than colored people. Ever since slavery has been abolished, society still finds a way to segregate colored people. In the criminal justice system there is an option for bail and a lawyer. However, the minorites that they put in jail aren't able to afford bail or a lawyer to defend them. Which is the reason why they pick minorites and accuse them fora crime they did not commit because they have no ways to defend themselves leaving them voiceless, which is what society wants.
